I'm sure this has been asked before on here, but I'm wondering if anyone thinks any martial artist or MMA fighter could have ever beaten the legendary Bruce Lee? If so.... who, and why do you think they would win?

its me again. I have terrible balance (when i was younger i never learnt how to ride a bike because of this)

Now i'm older i'm trying to do martial arts, but my lack of balance is kind of hindering me when it comes to trying kicks (especially when i try to practice them slowly)

Are there any simple exercises i can do to improve my balance.?

I have done a lot of martial arts and now train and fight mma. This boxing coach says he won't teach mma fighters. My style is sprawl and brawl so I think a good boxing coach would help tremendously along with the mma gym. what do you think would be a good supplament for good boxing training? and do you think that is fair of him?

What technique/strike is your favourite to close the initial gap or distance in a fight?

Mine would be a side push kick to the knee and the move in and strike to the face or body.

Was a a gashuku today and did not win any of my fights (have never won a fight) and was feeling like I am cheating if I am teaching the junior club members. Although I enjoy this part am I being fair to any of us?

This is a question I have longed to find a answer for, in many shows (anime mostly) people use weighted cloths to train for martial arts and other physical sports. How come more don’t use them and I am talking about a high amount of weight not just like 5 pounds on each arm and leg, but 50+ pounds from a vest, hat or boots for a long period of time. (In theory it sounds like it would work, it would make you stronger faster from having to lug all that weight around and when you took it off, like to sleep you would feel great weightless and fearless).

I think that the long rounds and constant pounding of the head will cause more damage than some one in the UFC(just an example of many MMA org's-just thought i would say that to keep everyone happy!)

MMA have shorter rounds and is Mixed so your not pounding the head all the time, so why is the media saying that it is so violent and not allowed to be an olympic sport when it is safer than boxing???
