A few weeks If you are stretching correctly. Also focus on the kicks themselves. If not done right you could be restricting them.

Just do it, forget about results. Even if you don't notice anything dramatic good stretching will still improve your low kicks, their speed, and decrease the chance of injury or strains

Keep your goal in mind but never be result focused, don't worry about how long it will take and just make it part of your routine.Just do a little daily and maby even take up yoga or something a couple times a week if you really want to focus on it

It truly depends on your routine and how intensely you stretch. Regardless, you should stretch your complete routine every day, and don't forget that doing the kicks themselves is equally as important as stretching. It gets your muscles accustomed to the motion, and once they're used to it, flexibility will be more easily attained. I'm not sure what your routine is, but generally I'll do 35-45 minutes solely on stretching before I begin actual training. So do what's comfortable for you, then a little more, and see how your body reacts, but expect to be sore ;)

Stretching itself will only go so far in inproving your kicks. You also have to practice yours kicks and kicking combinations if you want to be a kicker. Some of my students are kickers and they do a few hundred each of two or three kicks or kick combinations per day, four or five days per week. If you do that you should see improvement after two or three weeks.

well it depends on how long you stretch and you have to stretch every day or else it will take a long time. but if you stretch a lot every day it will probably just take a few weeks.
