If this guy can't spend a dime on good players, he should sell the team. What a shame that a team has to suffer week after week.

why bother to ask if you are not going to choose a best answer, i can see the occasional question being left for a vote,
also 9 times out of 10 the first question gets voted best anyway, even if it is not the best answer. people just choose the first one

I thought the Steelers should have won that game. That offensive line kills us on penalties and giving up sacks, even though Ben Roethlisberger is improving in avoiding sacks. Why did Coach Tomlin tell Jeff Reed to go for a 65 YARD field goal with like 3 sec. left in the first half?! I would have done the hail mary pass. What would you have done?

I think Addai's injury was the best that could happen to them, now they could be even better than last season with Addai and Rhodes.

Not that I'm a Patriots fan or anything, but every week I hear jilted fans crying about how the Patriots cheated their way to wins. I justed wanted to know if we were all ready to accept the Patriots as the best team in the league, yet? Or are we still making excuses?

I'm a New Orleans Saints fan that lives in North Carolina in the Charlotte viewing area. The Panthers had a bye yesterday so I was looking forward to watching the Saint/Falcons game on Fox 18. Did I get to watch it? No. Why don't they air games within their conference? Are they afraid people will jump ship if they see another team play?

I'll spare you the usual long-winded diatribe, but I'm sick of how the Eagles brass acts like everything will be better a game from now. I don't think they will win every game but I felt like I was watching Roman Gabriel at QB and the pre-Bill Bergey defense of 1971 last night.

Yeah, there are problems on the field, but I think the repairs need to be done at the coaching level first. This is the time when the ownership/management is being put to the test. 2004, TO, and the Super Bowl appearance disguise a lot of sins that the current team reveal so disastrously each Sunday in 2007.

Just needed to rant. I'll be wearing my colors today and I've changed my avatar to the Eagles, but I don't know why it won't appear.

A. Spygate.
B. When slimey Billicheat's team was caught breaking the rule AGAINST VIDEOTAPING SIGNALS, BY VIDEOTAPING SIGNALS, Billicheat said that he had a different interpretation of that rule!! lol. What a slimey guy.
C. The Tuck Rule call. That probably has to be the worst call in all of sports, I haven't seen it called before that play or after that.
D. The fact that even after the Patriots have the victory secured by several touchdowns, they still keep all their starters in and go for touchdowns to pad their stats; classless and horrible strategy to risk a player getting hurt for no reason.

It'd be cool people could cast their online vote to see what people would pick.

It angers me that Frank Gore only gets like 15 touches a game when he is the bread and butter of their offense. Why do they let Dilfer (a second string QB) throw it before giving it to an pro bowl running back. Give Gore the ball more and good things will happen.

Two years ago Chad was rumored to got to Chicago, once it was found out that Herm Edwards was leaving, for a 3rd round draft pick but the Jets declined : offer to low. Now it looks like the Jets and Bears are going to deal. Chad in Chicago is a great idea for the Bears but really bad for the Jets. Chad in Chicago will solidify the QB stop for, at the very least, 3 years and would put brains in the O - Rex and Brian too dumb. Chad is 1st round draft pick who has had his problems but is a proven starter compared to what is out there in the off season and 09 draft. The Bears are a good team but their too good. 2nd round or even a 1st will be too low to get anyone good enough in the upcoming draft and the Jets backup, still has happy feet in the pocket and the disease of fumblitis when ever he gets hit.
1 soution is to keep Chad a backup and trade him mid-season of 09. The talent at backup is too old, too young or too dumb at the QB spot in the NFL.
Trade Good idea or bad for Jets?

I'll admit that the NY Giants are the best Tri-State football team, but there's no way they justify their coverage in the media. I would be shocked if anyone (particularly ambitious) could prove a team has won five straight against a weaker cast of opponents. Quick check says their defeated opponents' W-L is 10-23.
