Basically what suspendedagain300 said. No team has ever gone 0-16 since the NFL went to a 16 game schedule in 1978. The Bucs did indeed lose their first 26 games in the NFL.

No, no team has gone 0-16. However, this year presents the possibility. Both the Miami Dolphins and the St. Louis Rams have the possibility of a negative "perfect season".

I would, of course, be poetic justice if the franchise with the perfect 17-0 season also had the perfect 0-16 season.

As for the Rams, how can you go from the "Greatest Show on Turf" to the patsies of the NFL?

No, the 76' Buccaneers went 0-14 for the only winless season in NFL history but no one has gone 0-16 since they went to a 16 game schedule.

No. But the Dolphins and Rams look to be on pace to go 0-16. It would be kind of weird if the Miami goes winless. Since they were the only team to go undefeated in 1972.

Tampa Bay was like 0-14 and then the next season lost maybe 6 more games.
That was when they had orange, red and white uniforms

I don't think it has happened with the 17 week Schedule yet. But this could very well be the year it happens. It could also be the year that a team goes undefeated.
