Yes. Rarely does the best team get a shot at it.
But it will never happen because there is too much
money to be lost in 50 Bowl Games.

Yes college football needs a tournament. The BCS is a flawed popularity contest. Basketball has a tournament and look what is shows. It shows the top 4 teams in America. The BCS should be more like that. teams like Boston College or Ohio St. get high ranked because they don't play no body tough like LSU or Florida. This systems gotta go. The CBS or ABC networks loose lots of money off of these popularity contest. If USC or Florida were to make it to the championship or any other team that shouldn't be anywhere close to it. Me and other Americans will stop watching college football, Because the BCS system is a popularity contest. NO the companies broadcasting it wont lose money because if they show it in the bowls but still have a tournament this will show America which college football team which is the best. (LSU)

Yes they do need a playoff system. Division 1-AA does and it shows who is the best and who is playing the best at that time. Division 1-A will never do it or agree to it. Too much money involved and they will have to play more games. I don't understand the reasoning behind it. they will have to play 16+ games if the go to the pros anyways. so what is the deal with playing a few extra games to see who is the best. It needs to be played on the field not in some office. Take the top 24 teams and playoff. Best time finishes on top playing at the Rose Bowl.

besides NCAA typical 119 D1 communities does D2 surely have a school playoff device? i actually think of this would make communities greater useful and cease beating on the little faculties each 12 months. that's the appropriate time for them to be enjoying and be finished via Jan. after that they might desire to award any trophys to the excellent gamers like they continually do.

Yes they do. Maybe not like in college basketball, but the team presidents, the A.D.'s, and the NCAA need to swallow any pride they may have about losing money and listen to what the fans want.
