The Pats or The Bengals? Predictions?

I can't understand this move. Was he bad with the 'Fins?
And isn't anyone better than Harrington?

Obviously, after yesterday's game, his knee is fine.

What happened to the Chargers? They were 14-2 last year and now they start out 1-3 losing 3 games in a row! The team is more or less the same as last year save the coach.

Is the coach THAT bad? Does coaching make THAT much of a difference? You would think with that much raw talent anything bad about the coach could be "over ridden"?

I would like to hear from those who know a lot about football because I don't get it!

Patriots (-8.5) vs Cincy Bengals
Over under is 54

You must pick the team to cover the spread
If you do this correct then you must pick the over and under correct...
If you do this correct then you must pick the final score (total points)

My pick is:
Patriots -8.5
under 54
final score Pats 31 Bengals 21 (total 52)

please use the format above...

or Let Kellen Clemens play. Chad is a heady QB- but his lack of arm strength really limits the offense. He just can not throw deep anymore

for the Colts? We won the superbowl and yet "The Patriots" are the "best team in the NFL? We are 4-0 also! And its has if the whole "cheating deal didn't even happen.....not a word about it...let that be Tony Dungy they would "still"be talking about it! It's pare for the course for ANY Indiana teams to get any respect. Just wondering what others thought(whether you are a Colts fan or not?!?!) Thanks:)

Of course he's not right now but after a few more record shattering seasons and a couple of Super Bowl championships, one of which he's obviously going to get this year, I think he'll be in Canton.

AJ Smith fired Shottenheimer after taking the Chargers to 14-2 last year. He brought in Norv Turner, who took his losing Raiders record with him. Not to mention he got rid of Drew Brees and almost lost Pro Bowler Antonio Gates.

Now the Chargers have a bad coach who can't mold an unexperienced QB.

AJ, what the hell is wrong with you? You are now LAST in the AFC West! ha ha ha ha

My guess is pats will win division if this is so. then I guess i am wondering if the Jets can get 1 of the 2 wild card spots like they did last year. tie breakers are head to head then conf record then common opponents.

I have tickets to the Bengals vs Patriot game tonight. I'm trying to think of an idea for a sign that will get me on TV. They usually show signs that use ESPN to spell something out. Does anybody have a good idea?
GO BENGALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was one of the most exciting weekends in college football in a long time. I was literally flipping channels non-stop trying to catch all of the excitement. This is what football is all about in my opinion.

Does anyone else think that Favre is NOT at the top of his game (Which I can prove, if you look at his statistics), and should be gone from GB for a better QB?
Sure, he made history there, but he's just a worthless old QB who will never be as good as some of the new ones will eventually be.

Once upon a time the Chargers led the NFL in points per game, had the leagues most tallented running back, and finished 14-2 after narrowly missing the chance to host the AFC Championship game. But now.............now we have a coach with a 59-86 record who utterly ruined the Raiders, ruined the Redskins, and who is now ruining a team that experts picked as this years favorite to win the Super Bowl! Seems that AJ Smith and Dean Spanos have no problem firing the 5th winningest coach of all time, so why would they have a problem with firing a crappy coach that took a playoff caliber team and turned them into a 1-3 squad that can't even beat Kansas City in their own stadium? FIRE NORV TURNER! Or was it your plan all along to ruin the team and lower ticket sales so that you have an excuse to move the team?

I asked this yesterday, but hardly anyone answered a good answer;

With the Raiders possibly being a contender this year, doing much better than anyone expected, with 3 pretty damn good QB's, what should they improve?

OL, DL, QB's still, WR's, Coaching, ect?
What should they do, who should they trade?

Personally, I think they should trade their most useless QB, Josh McCowin for a couple of OL.

It almost not fair to Brett Favre..... what the media has done. Here's my fave quote from yesterday. I thought I was gonna barf up my nachos.... Ready for this "over the top" quote from Chris Berman on ESPN Sportscenter?

"Cheering for Brett Favre is like cheering for America!"

Good grief!! Pass the Dramamine please! I need to breath into a small paper bag.

Am I the only one who feels this is just not fair to Brett?

That guy has got to go for firing Marty like he did. He did it because he didn't like him personally - to the detriment of the team. What a jerk!

sweeter. Seems like this season may be the best one
ever. So much hype around NCAA football in 2007 !

big Clemson fan, and Florida Gators are my favorite
team of all time. Go Tebow. Look out world they will

What is your opinion on there problem this year? I'm a diehard eagles fan and have been since I was just a kid. I have stood by them thick and thin. My persoanl opinion is McNabb is a has been and really needs to be sat out and put Feeley in. Look what happened last year when McNabb was injured and out for the season. Jeff Garcia took over and they started winning every game AND got them to be the NFC EAST Champions!! McNabb needs to go in my mind! What is your opinion Eagle fans??

Can San Diego find a way to win? My God! Kansas City stinks this year (unfortunately, b/c I love the Chiefs) and yet they roll in and beat a team that was 14-2 last year!

Firstly, Dwayne Bowe (the Chiefs WR) is the real deal. Second, if KC can give Huard pass protection, they are a legit threat. Yes, L.T. got his rushing yards, but Rivers has gone from super-accurate to inaccurate almost overnight!

On a side note, how about Brett Favre! Congratulations to him. Favre is a class act and a wonderful competitor. It's awesome to see him run around and jump into his teammates arms after his TD passes. He truly would rather win games than set records. He is the last of a dying breed of QB leaders. Luckily, Peyton Manning is taking up the reigns.
