I think their season was last season. Unlike the Patriots and Colts who almost go every season, I think that with a new coach they are going to do 9-7 at best. I actually like the Chargers, but see that everyone talks about LT so damn much. What if he got hurt for 3 games? If he didn't, could they do what they did last year without Scottenheimer? Coaching is more important in the NFL and football in general than any other sport. I hope they can produce what they did last year, but with their schedule I don't think they can. I know they have Merriman, Gates, Rivers, LT, and plenty other weapons. Just want to know without a bias point of view.

i kno that i have been waiting since jan-feb. for this nfl season to begin. as a steelers fan i have been counting down the months, weeks, and days until this sundays Hall of Fame Game. I just love football, as soon as its over i cant wait for it to start again. i think some of it has to do w. the fact thats its a tradition in my family to be steelers fans no matter what part of the country we live in and i feel like they represent us as blue collar, hard working people. So why cant you wait for the season to start or am i the only one counting down like a crazy person!?

Why does a high school football team ask for so much money?
My son he is in the team, well he is new. I had to pay $60 for his cleats which I could only buy from the school ( included gloves), $200 dollars for a fundraiser, Extra insurance. Do they even need that much money? I had to pay $34 for spring practice, and $120 for 1 year of football That would make it a total of about $400.. Even the player's meals have to be paid, and tickets, unless one is in the Touchdown club, which requires one to pay around 200-500 dollars.

Do you think Jesse or Al *should* or (will) stick up for Michael Vick regarding his dogfighting court case? Ironically, I have heard a peep from either. I think Vick is innocent until proven guilty, so I am not saying anything either, but Jackson defended the stripper without reservation, so I would think that he would be sticking up for Vick. What do you think?

My parents have been having insurance problems and with that said I am not allowed to play football because I have no insurance..should I just quit because it will relieve my parent's stress, and plus we have to raise all this money that my parent's can barely afford. Is football really worth it, Im not a starter , I made the varsity team if I played this year I would play for varsity.

Please be honest. How many of you Patriot fans became fans AFTER they started winning Superbowls? I've been a fan since the dreaded 2-12 seasons of the early 80's and it seemed like I was the only fan of the team around. Now, I see a ton of Patriots fans. If you're a bandwagoner, that's fine, but I'd like to know how many of you were sticking by the Patriots back in the dark times.

A tax-exempt social service organization needs to be careful where they put their support. Vick has been anything but a good role model for anyone, and deserves to be kicked to the curb without ceremony.

Do you think it's wrong to spend precious resources and influence to support negative individuals, regardless of how rich or talented they may be?

They already ran off two good coaches to suit Vick and his 'unique' fan base. I think at least a mock trial for coach killing is in order. Your thoughts?
