I'm 15 yrs old and i don't know exactly how fast my 40 yard dash is but i want to know how fast i should be running it at my age... Also I want some exercises that can make my 40 time faster

To improve your sprint time...
warm up and stretch well...
work your standard sprints...
then hit the steps...or bleachers...

For my linebackers I run a series of progressions with the steps on one day...then after 48 hours of rest...I make them push and pull...(they'll push or pull the sled or a car)...then another 48 hours and we do power hops, lunges, then hit the weight room and work the sled.

make sure you stay well hydrated, stretch out before, and cool down after.

At your age, there is no "HOW FAST you SHOULD be" and the break down of times in the answer above me is totally irrelevant and unrealistic.

If you run the 40 yard sprint in 8 seconds and you're the fastest guy on the team...they'll make you the runing back because you are the fastest.

If you can run a straight line sprint in 4.4 seconds...but have no agility or can't hold onto the ball...you have no value to the team as a ball carrier.

If you're a great big guy and you play offensive line...you'll never...ever...worry about a 40 yard sprint because the only thing that matters is what you do within 2 yards for the entire 75 plays of a game.

Don't worry about what time you have to have...worry about making yourself fit and quick.

run it 40 times a day

Weight room..
try a weight routine that will help you be explosive..
do agility drills.. and if you have access to a sled. that would help you..
really fast: 4.4-4.6
fast: 4.7-4.9
decent: 5.0-5.2
anything else.. you are slow.

run hard up big hills and enourmous staircases. if you run slow or walk its no use. RUN HARD.
