his standing with the bears? Is that ok?

I'm a fan, so my bias may be clouding my judgment here. But if I'm offered those kinds of odds, why not throw in 10 or 20 bucks? They were really showing a ton of improvement last season. Now I'll admit that they are still a long-shot, but 40 to 1 ??? I think them's good odds for a wager.

Any thoughts?

plenty of good backs were available in the late rounds, but the browns went all defense instead. even the last pick went to a nobody WR, they should have grabbed Darrius Walker. He would have made an excellent compliment to Jamal Lewis. Do you think they will make a move in free agency to acquire a speedier back than Lewis?

After that draft I thought that it is very underrated but, your team really only needs one and every other position it good to have more than one. So my debate is if they are overrated or underrated.

Every other question on here is about how great the pats are gunna be next year and with randy moss there going to be unstoppable. All these band wagon jumper New England fans are starting to get annoying and are coming from everywhere like cockroaches. I cant wait to see how bad Moss screws the pats next year and how bad they do as a team. Think about it Pat fans they signed a cry baby reciever who destroys teams two recievers who are never going to be starters Wes Welker and Kelly Washington, a reciever who gets hurt all the time Donte Stallworth and a linebacker who is old and past his prime. With all these pathetic moves you New England fans actually think you have a chance. Please wake up and smell the coffee there are so many other legitamite teams in the AFC that can beat the Patriots its not even funny. like I said earlier I CAN'T WAIT to see the patriots struggle to win this year. Forget the superbowl you guys should be more worried about winning your own division.

Can a running back put his hand down in a 3-point stance and then go in motion without it being illegal?

Between the draft and the offseason moves, I gotta say I think the Pats gotta be the odds on favorite to win the AFC.

And Brady is going to be my fantasy QB, no doubt about that. He had pretty damn good numbers with no name receivers.

Now he's got Wes Welker, Donte Stallworth, and Randy Moss. They're going to have a crazy good passing attack. $100 says Moss puts up the old kinda Moss #'s.

(i'm not a Pats fan either. I'm a lifetime Bears' fan.)

There were many collegiate football players that went undrafted in the recently concluded NFL draft. A number of them, Kyle Shotwell from Cal - Poly, Enoka Lucas from Oregon, Melvin Bullit from Texas A & M, the two players from the 2007 Fiesta Bowl champion Boise State Broncos Brad Lau and Jared Zabransky, and Tala Esera from Hawaii, were of exceptional pedigree but their names were never called to the podium at Radio City Music Hall this weekend. Is it possible for these players to make an NFL team without being drafted ?

Come on admit it, the Patriots are threatened by the Colts (my hometown and favorite team), and you should be. Come on, your team was so threatened by the Colts that you did everything possible to sign as many players as you can that MIGHT help get you back to beating the Colts (but I doubt it :)) which you rarely do and then to top it all off you sign the team killer Randy Moss to your team thinking that the combination of Donte Stallworth and Randy Moss can beat the Pro Bowl team of Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne and that is laughable. Harrison, unlike Moss, has not slowed down since day one and Wayne is getting so good that he has a legitimate shot at being a Hall of Famer, there is no competition. We as Hoosiers don't rub it in much but this is funny. I mean when you think about it the Patriots are the Yankees of the NFL (LOL), where they sign all the veteran players praying that they can beat their rival (us).

I think they messed up, Craig Davis on the 1st round ? when they had 2 usc receivers and anthony gonzalez ( they choose him only because he returns kicks and receives ) weddle was necessary ( because they lost edwards ) so it was OK and Waters was a 1 st rounder before his injury so he is a good player but the second day was a nightmare another WR and TE when they have the best TE on the league and they have malumaleuna that he is great 2 and they have like other 4 WR that are fine they picked 2 LB, they lost Keil, their safetys sucks ( Florence and Jammer ) why they picked so many WR when they had to pick cornerbacks is the only position where players are not great on SD, that´s why they lost the playoffs because of the cornerbacks and they picked 3 WR and 2 LB !

I'm 14 and a freshman in high school. Going to be a sophmore (15) next year. I'm about 5'10"/5'11" at the moment so I'll probably be a bit over six feet this upcoming season including cleats. I weigh about 160+. I have good strength and am not the fastest person, but I could definitely stay with a man on D. Not sure if I could burn my man though. I'd say I'd be in the middle/some in front of the middle in a race with the rest of the players. I can definitely improve on the tiny speed issue though because I have good metabolism & work ethic. I'm looking to gain muscle, too. I don't bench but I do arm excercises with 15 lb. weights (2, one for each arm) on a daily/semi-daily basis.

Where do you see me playing this season based on that alone? BTW, I live in a town where a lot of the kids are somewhat short. Like there were a couple kids on the freshman team this year below 5'9" playing at guard (but he's real strong so it's all good). Not a big height issue, just mentioning that though.
