i am pissed, I say an F-. I am a Jets fan. Even though Revis is a good player they had the chance to pick Brady Quinn. I am a Notre Dame fan and i saw the majority of his games and the Jets needed that kind of guy. Is Pennington or Clemens the QB's of the future?

Dolphins- C

The Ted Ginn Jr. pick was questionable to say the least, but he will be a great for the dolphins neverless. He has a chance to become a steve smith type of reciever and can make an immediate impact in the return game.

The Dolphins, however righted themselves by selecting John Beck in the second round. Beck is very underrated and was actually rated higher on some teams boards than Quinn. He is compared to Dree Brees who Dolphins coach Cam Cameron coached. Although the first pick was questionable I trust Cameron's judgement on qbs. That is his expertise and although I believe Quinn will be a solid nfl qb, beck has the potential to be a pro bowl qb much like Dree Brees.

The Dolphins also adressed their offensive line issues, spending two picks on offensive lineman in rounds 2-4. They also added Lorenzo Booker from FSU who will bring the dolphins with a quality 3rd down back, and will help carry the load in case Ricky Williams is traded or released by the dolphins.

The other the thing I would say is that the dolphins didn't adress their secondary which was medicore last season.
But with many holes to fill, the dolphins couldn't adress every issue with just 7 picks, so it is understandable.

New York Jets: Grade B-

D1, 14: Darrelle Revis, CB-KR, Pittsburgh
D2, 47: David Harris, LB, Michigan
D6, 177: Jacob Bender, OL, Nicholls State
D7, 235: Chansi Stuckey, WR, Clemson

I applaud their aggressiveness in both the 1st & 2nd rounds. The positions they filled by moving up were two that I certainly had circled as positions where starters needed to be drafted. They did that.

However, two positions went unfilled that I believe need attention. DE needs youth & DT needs a player that suits the 3-4 defense better as Dewayne Robertson does not.
I'm disappointed these areas weren't addressed.

Pittsburgh Steelers - They got the man they wanted. With the loss of Joey Porter, Florida State linebacker Lawrence Timmons will be given every opportunity to be a spot pass rusher. However, some teams wonder about his pass coverage skills. The Steelers, though, always had their eye of Timmons and wanted him from the very beginning. Michigan OLB LaMarr Woodley is another pass rusher. Woodley finished his career as Michigan's second all-time sacker with 25. He also caused 10 fumbles. Minnesota TE Matt Spaeth is a very good blocker and a very good receiver on underneath routes; he simply can't stretch the field. I thought Chris Gardocki was a solid punter, but apparently not. Baylor punter Daniel Sepulveda was taken with the 112th overall pick. Sepulveda is a two-time winner of the Ray Guy Award, given to the nation's top punter. He averaged 45.24 yards per kick.

Grade: B

Ill hit the top 15 from first pick to 15th

Oakland: B- they picked up Russell as a perfect option as a further star or trading option. They need a more passing centered team, but they could have picked calvin johnson as a better choice.

Lions-D- Why another WR comon u need a Defense and getting rid of Dre Bly big duh dur duh. comon gm

Cleveland- B+ Joe Thomas will become one of the best rookie blockers and they are desperate to pump up their running game, but struggle with poor blockers

Tampa Bay C- They could use better picks like a TE or a LB/CB

Arizona-D they need a better pick this guy slacks off too much

Washington- C I have no general preference on Landry hes good/bad they need him/ and dont need him

Minnesota A- Great pick. Explosive runner and they need a running game.

Atlanta B- Just like Tampa Why a DE why not something else

Miami D+ He is good but he is a returner primarily and Welker is the best out there next to Hester.

Houston B Great pickup just what u need.

San Francisco A- Great pickup to improve great Defense look for a high record season maybe 9-10 wins

Buffalo- B Exellent pickup hes good to go anywhere where running is needed. Now Lee evans gets help

St. Louis C- Odd choice, hes not going to do good until years from now

Jets-C Great returner to replace Miller. Hes getting sloppy

Pittsburgh-D+ still learning skills but maybe can learn good under good coaching and under Palamaulu's wing

Chargers fan. I give them a C. Could have done better than Craig Davis with 1st rd pick. He wasn't even the 2nd best LSU receiver( 1. Bowe, 2. Doucet). I love the 2nd rd pick Weddle and they gave up alot to move up but he will be a starter in week 1. Added LBs in rounds 3 and 7 and got another WR in round 5. My main problem was the 1st rd pick and feel like D. Jarrett might have been better.

average no longer undesirable, yet i think of you made some blunders drafting a million. You reached for Brees. particular he became great final 12 months. particular he would be great this 12 months. yet you're able to've have been given him later. 2.i'm no longer prepared on Pierre Thomas. 3 RB tandum in a pass heavy offensive gadget. no longer a reliable sign. 3. Julius Jones isn't utilized in goaline circumstances so his going to get few TDs 4.A protecting group interior the 8th around? A Kicker interior the 9? thank you to early. average its particularly reliable for a 14 group league. B.

Arizona Cardinals: B they got their lineman levi brown and got Alan Branch in the second when some thought he would go in the top 10. They got a linebacker from Florida State which produces quality defensive players. Breaston from michigan is a great choice to add even more depth at WR and was i think the second best return guy in this draft under ginn jr.

Dolphins C.
Ginn better become a number 1 receiver and Beck needs to have a similar career to Quinn. If This happens then the grade will go up if it doesn't then "we blew it again!" The rest of the draft was good, picked up some quality players in positions of need.

Cleveland Browns A+ is there a letter higher than A. I have dreamed about this opportunity since the Browns came back in 1999, and really since Bernie left us. I grew up watching the Browns in the 80's and I am dyin' to see how the BQ Blizzard will take this thing over. I said prematurely that BQ is the next Bernie. NOPE, he can RUN THE BALL!!! I know we have to wait and see but I predict playoff in 2007, maybe 2008. WOOF WOOF WOOF!!! Football's back by the lake!!!

Vikings (B) I think they did take the right guy (Peterson) and I feel they got a good deal in their 7th round QB pick,(good scouting report) but I also heard an earlier round pick (don't remember his name now) has a real attitude problem. I'm not sure Childress is the best one to handle someone like that. Dungy or Belichek(sp.?) could have though. But we'll see.
