Yes he can go in motion after going into a three point stance. There can also be more than one person moving if they reset before the snap (ie. they change formations instead of going in motion). Can't have two players moving at the snap and the motion can't be going forward at the snap either.

if you get in a 3 point stance...you can't move until the snap...
and if you go in motion...you have to be set for 1 second before the snap

Only one offensive player may be moving at one time when setting up the play. If two or more players are moving at once, or if one player is moving forward before the ball is snapped, then it is an "illegal motion" penalty. After the play is over, the players meet in the huddle, then set up in formation. Players can be substituted in the huddle, but not afterwards. That is an illegal substitution. [not 100% sure about that one].

A player cannot be moving toward the line of scrimmage at the snap of the ball. Two or more players cannot be moving at the snap of the ball.
As long as he stops his forward motion before the snap, he's fine.

I believe he can, as long as he resets before the snap and there is no one else in motion at the same time.

Absolutely-- as long as he does not simulate the snap when he begins his motion.
