All 1st round picks get guaranteed money! Actually, almost all drafted players get SOME guaranteed money.
The amount sharply decreases after round 1.

Everyone drafted gets gauranteed money. But the dollar amount varies as you go deeper and deeper into the draft. Like, last year Mario Williams, Reggie Bush, and Vince Young all are getting 20+ million in gauranteed money. Then you go lower in the first round and gaurantees are only probably like 8 million or less. Now a guy in the 7th round is gauranteed probably a couple thousand. Basically, if you're drafted, you're promised money in the bank.
Now if you're an undrafted free agent, everything is different. You have to earn every penny you make.

I'm sure they all are getting a signing bonus. That is the only guaranteed money any NFL player gets. There are no guaranteed contracts, there are zero no cut contracts. The signing bonus money is theirs to keep but not the contract money. If for some reason they are cut and do not make the team, the contract is voided.

im pretty sure they all get guaranteed money. the amount however varies depending on what position they were picked at.
