I mean for a while we have had dominant confrences go on a roll. Like in the 90' it's been all NFC in this decade the AFC has been dominant. Do you think we should have a system set up were we just seed teams by record and have a playoff from there in order to give fans the Best possible Match up?

Dallas will win by at least 3 TDs, at least the MLB playoffs are in full swing. The Sunday night game isn't much better, unless you live in Chicago or Wisconsin most people could care less about that game.

when a football team is 2-0 what does that mean? like does the 2 mean they won 2 games and the 0 mean they lost none? like my school's football team won 2 games and lost none, so what are we at? thanks!!

14 of the names are animals.

7 of the team names are occupations (steelers, raiders, cowboys, packers, buccaneers, saints, 49ers).

3 of the names just indicate that they think they have good players (titans, giants, chargers).

3 of the names represent ethnic groups (Redskins, Vikings, Chiefs).

2 of the names are for a single person (Buffalo Bills, Browns)

1 team is named after a state (texans)

1 is named after a street gang (jets, wasn't it a street gang in the show West Side Story?)

Then, there are the Patriots. Isn't that a name the whole country can get behind? I think we all like to think we're patriots, so isn't that the best NFL team name?
