The green dots are the bullet holes in the helmet. The player that is disliked the most has the green dot on his helmet.

They are Indian (Ganesh) from an alternate dimension. Instead of a red dot on the forehead, it's a green dot on the back of the head. The other Indians (Sitting Bull) from that dimension, instead of feathers on their head, have fish scales growing out of their cornholes.
