I think thats a really good question. I would have said New Orleans at the beginning of the year..... as would have everyone else. I dunno man. Jacksonville maybe? They have been close before. Houston has a young team thats pretty good also. Detroit has a super bowl offense but absolutely no defense. Arizona is a long ways away. Cleveland...... Naw not the browns. I'de say Jaguars but none of them for a long time.

If Cleveland keeps up this level of play and uses the off season to upgrade that defense they are going to be a power house in a few years.
Arizona has a QB issue. Leinart just isn't making chemistry with those Pro Bowl receivers although their running game has improved. Their defense has really improved. Shutting down Willie Parker last weak was pretty impressive.
Houston has a pretty good offense that needs a bit of tweaking on both passing and rushing. Good team on defense. A few minor adjustments and they'll be good to go.
Detroit is a power house offensively but defensively they really need to do something. All their games so far this year have been offensive shoot outs.
Jacksonville needs something more than just Steve Smith offensively. Same with them. Just a few minor adjustments and they're all set.
New Orleans......They better pray that McAllister recovers fully or they are in a world of hurt. Bush isn't the power runner that McAllister is. Their defense is terrible their passing game is questionable. That team needs a make over and badly.

with the way the teams are playing right now im going to have to say detroit...they are a pretty solid team right now compared to the rest of them, houston is good but i think that detroit is better, they will get their d next and will make a run i think

Houston. If it wasn't for the injuries, they'd be in the playoffs this year. They're definitely an up and coming team. Jax would be my second choice but they're so inconsistent.
