My husband wants to know what you think of the Steelers winning today?

Eagles vs. Chicago (10/21/07). The center snapped the ball and it completely missed Brian Griese, it hit his leg (maybe). The ball rolled back and Eagles recovered it. The ref called the play a false start, not a fumble. WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?? Is this an actual rule???

Specifically the Raiders when their games are blacked out (like today). I already use the NFL.com "game center live" sight to keep track of the score and stats.

No matter how good they get they will never be allowed to win the big one as long as Al Davis is the owner. All close calls go against them and they get non calls to help them lose.

Childress for the Vikings just did it. One of many I've seen while watching football. The best he can hope for is that Dallas gets the ball back at the half yard line, while with the worst case scenario it's still a touchdown and he loses a timeout. So why do they keep doing it?

Why are they no 19 in the AP polls? They posted the biggest upset in college football history this year to App state, Then they got their butts handed to them by Oregon 39-7, They have beaten no quality teams.........I don't understand, why isn't Alabama, or some other worthy team ranked? Is the BCS bias really this bad? I mean if it were Florida, or Arizona state that had lost their first two games like that they would not be ranked for the rest of the season, what up with this crap?????

I've been watching T.O. this year, and I'm impressed not to see the T.O. we saw last year. I don't hear anybody giving him any praises for learning from the grief he gave us all last year. It makes me think of our kids. If you only scold your kids when they do continuously wrong, and can't mention any praises to them when they change and turn that grief to joy, it's not fair to them, and I don't think it's fair to even someone like T.O. We need to stop destroying people's characters for life, not even considering giving them the benefit of the doubt that they can learn from their mistakes. I'm sure they would continue to grow up with some acceptance. It makes me sick that everyone acts like they never make mistakes. But WE do, and some of us wish WE could take them back, and is praising God that the media doesn't know. Yes, WE make dumb mistakes too, and WE all know it. Think about families that can't hold their heads up because of we have rejected them or their loved ones.

im warchin the seahawks game rite now and the announcers said we have the most false starts out of all the stadiums cuz of our loud crowd.

so what exactly is a false start and how does a group of loud people cause one???

I was telling my boy about that but I cant remember the two players involved I think it was close to ten years ago but maybe not quite that long. The play was blown dead and the QB and the defensive player were standing alone in the backfield when the defensive player wrapped up the QB and slammed him into the ground on his side. does anyone remember that incident?

which game are you looking most forward to watching.

Pat at Colts * Nov. 4 on CBS*

NFC
Pack at Boys * Nov. 29 on NFL channel.*

its pretty a glimpse of what you will see in the AFC Championship game and NFL Champ. game. I think it will come down to these teams in the fight for the conferences.

im looking most forward to GB and Dallas because green bay usually doesn't do well in domes and they will need to execute a good running game by then to defeat the cowboys.

After having a strong start, they are allowing more points and yards each game (17 and 350 yds vs the Browns, 27 vs the Cowboys and 28 vs the Dolphins.

That could also be the reason why Brady is throwing a bunch of touchdowns, he or Belichik don't trust his defense like they used to.

Does anyone know the name of the song Nebraska plays right before the kickoff in it some yells, "Can you feel it?" Also the song ESPN plays directly before the night game and it goes, "I just want to celebrate." Thanks.

I have seen so much bad calls today and I am so sick of the NFL. They have their favorite teams and screw the rest of the teams in the league. I wish the NFL would punish the ref and his crew for bad calls but they are a bunch of paid-off people.
