Now that Martyball has left SD...were do you think he will end up next or is he done?

SUPPOSE the chargers did not return brady's interception, thus not committing the fumble that cost them the game. SUPPOSE they ended up beating the colts, and eventually winning the superbowl against the bears. SUPPOSE after all this accomplisment, the departures and dissent among the coaching staff remains the same. Would marty still be out of a job?

There were high expectations coming into this season and they got off to a great start, but they just fell apart the second half of the season.

I was dissapointed in the Irish this last year mainly because they came in ranked #2 behind OSU - I believe they had the quality players but did not produce !!!

First we lost Cam Cameron, then Wade Phillips. Is the firing of head choach Marty Shottenheimer a GOOD thing for the Chargers? I'm thinking maybe so! What do YOU think?

By the way, the 2007 schedule is out! LOOK OUT Colts, Bears, Patriots, and Ravens!

I was in for a shock yesterday when I found out that the Chargers coach got fired...after leading the Chargers 14 and 3. In your own opinion, who do you think might be worthy of coaching the Chargers? In my opinion, it should be A.J. Smith who should be fired.

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, four candidates stand out:

*Bill Parcells
*Pete Carroll
*Norv Turner
*Ted Cottrell

My picks for head coach:

*Bill Cowher
*Jim Mora

What are your thoughts?

There is no way he leaves this on his wife to handle. I cannot believe they are even acting like this is something he can handle in a month. The Eagles better start looking for a new coach. Maybe (John Gruden)

The Gerneral Manager was in conflict and to blame him for not getting into playoffs would be reasonable!

Rumors are circulating out of San Diego that both Philip Rivers and LT walked into GM AJ Smith's office and demanded that he do what it takes to get Bill Belichick as the next Head Coach of the Chargers.. I think it makes perfect sense because the Chargers are a 3-4 defense and Belichick is the mastermind behind that kind of formation on defense.. What do you guys think???

The Bears could have grabbed a free agent in 2005 that could get them 2 yards and a cloud of dust cause thats all Benson can do.
