I played college football and while I used to get down on myself for not making the NFL, I'm kinda glad that I'm not playing because I've never suffered a major injury and I still have my body in full capacity. I've been reading articles about so many pro players who live in great pain after reteirment.

I think the packers have a chance. If they can get another WR and a TE to help out the Offense. The packers deffense played really good the last 4 games only giving up 33 points which is an avg of 8 a game and only gave up on avg 134 yards per game. They also moved up from 29th to 12th and i think the deffense will only get better next season. 1 or 2 moves might do it for the packers.

Notre Dame hasn't one the big games in a while, they hold the NCAA record for most Bowl game losses, they haven't beaten USC in a while, they haven't had a Heisman Trophy in a while, what ever happen to one of college footballs most storied programs?, will their tradition ever rise back to National Dominance again?

I think its a big reason teams can usually cut up the Steelers defense through the air -- only 3 guys on the line - and u need 4 all pro caliber linebackers and the Steelers barely have one

Ok I'm a high school junior and am 5'7 and 130 pds...I'm on the football team..and the track team for 100m ..and the last 2 yrs i played WR and CB...So now we have this new offensive coach who wants to run the ball a bit more this yr..So i'm stuck in this dilemma: be a #2 WR or be a #3 CB...THing is we play 4-3..and not much of the nickel formation.
Suggestions????

I know this guy can't seem to avoid sacks and really blows big games, but it's his first year as a starter. I think overall his season was pretty tragic. The whole thing with him being a celebrity for a few weeks and then blowing the season. I think it calls for sympathy not hate..............
Anyhow I think the poor guy deserves a break, he's got alot of potential and will probably be really good in a few years. What's so bad about him?
