Safety or Linebacker

i am assuming you are in High School (if your in college then either put on some weight or get leaner and try to run faster)

there are mainly 2 types of safeties, a fast cover type, or a stronger stop running type. depends on your high school. in my high school i was fast and could cover and intercept well, the other safety had all your qualities, so he played often a harder zone, and i played a softer zone. so we played with 2 safeties that exceled at diffrent qualities. but if your schoold does not have a good covering safety then linebacker would suit you more.
usually linebackers have a nice chance of interceptions too, but if you say you are good at tackleing, then go for it, it ill be a very nice asset to you. if you are not very fast, i suggest you play more on the strong side linebacker, usually that side is stacked with the slower linemen, and the weakside is put with more athletic and linemen

How old are you? Still growing?

I'll assume you are in high school and say you don't need to be bigger to play a role. You may want to consider how your team is constructed (throw the ball, run the ball, etc.). If you are a running team, you likely aren't going to get much action as a WR, thus a cornerback or safety position might be best. Otherwise, consider WR as beating the man across the field from you essentially the key to the WR position (and making sure your QB can see you) in high school.

You should be a strong safety. That position is a perfect fit for your skill set. You don't have to be the fastest person but being a good tackler is important when you play that position. Also since you're not that fast you won't have to cover the fastest player(s) on the other side of the ball.

You should probably play a linebacker position to best utilize your tackling ability. The hops and good hands will help if you cover a tight end or a wideout.

linebacker on the weak side, so usually not at the point of attack as most high school teams tend to run to strong side, otherwise a corner would be ok, especially if your team plays a cover 2 so you won't be matched up man to man on the outside where the speed would be a disadvantage

Depends on your age. 160 is big for a middle schooler and pretty good for a high schooler.

But to me, you look like a good Tight End.

If you ran 4.5 in the 40, I would say corner. However, since your not that fast, I say linebacker.
