Well a starter at any position is better than a backup/spot player at another position, isnt it?
I'd go WR2...even if you're going to start running the ball more, it doesnt mean you'll never get your number called. If you establish the run, that helps open up the middle of the field for the #2 or slot receiver.
Work on your route running and agility, and prove you can use your speed to make YAC, and your coach will probably be happy to start drawing some plays up to take advantage of your talents.

I'm a defensive guy so I'd prefer CB since that what I played and I enjoyed hitting people. But if your team doesn't use the nickel formation often you won't see much playing time. However as you know, CB do need to sub out depending how often your opponents pass so you'd get some playing time.
Playing WR on a team that runs more is another bummer but as the #2 WR at least you'd be on the field more. So if you want to be in the game choose WR. Every running game need a passing game to some extent

Play WR. It's better than being on the sideline most of the time. Even if your team runs the ball a lot, your team will have to pass the ball some time, maybe even to you. Even if you don't get the ball a lot, it's all good if you're team wins. You also seem more fit to play WR.

If you want more playing time I'd stick with wr not only that but what i can perceive from your description or physical attributes I'd says that wr is still your best bet. Here's another suggestion if your good with your hands and have good stamina why not try to learn Rb.

Take the WR because you seem fast. and because you got the new o-coordinator, Ask for your involvement in Trick plays like the steelers used antwaan randel el last year. for plays like options and stuff instead of long passes.
good luck

Hit the weights and go for running back. If you've got speed and good hands you could always be part of a good 1-2 punch.

no offense but ithink because of ur size wideout wouldn't be a good option.( unless you possess blazing speed). i think u should work hard to get the cb position.

left bench.... joking
Play what you feel you can do the best impact on the field, U might score a TD on offence, but u might also make a big stop on D and win the game.
