140 pounds is not allot if i were you i would go for saftey because you can intercept the ball at the same you have the ability to not miss the tackle since you are good at tackleing in saftey you do not have to do allot of running like a corner would do you just protect the run or pass.

If your hands are good enough for the offensive side of the ball I'd say FB or TE due to your speed. You still have time to grow which would be needed for those positions especially in terms of weight. There are light weight fullbacks nowadays, watch the Miami vs LSU bowl game or any LSU game for that matter and see how LSU uses Jacob Hester as FB who isn't that big. Granted Hester ability to catch balls out of the backfield is why he doesn't have to be as big as Mike Alsott
On the defensive side of the ball it looks like Linebacker will be your only option. Safeties and CB need to be fast and jump well and you're not big enough for the DL. Middle Linebacker is a position requiring good hands and tackling ability but you're awareness of the game is crucial. Again you would need to bulk up for that position

umm strong safety but get a wee bit quicker. however you may be able to be a slot receiver if you can catch some short underneath routes and since you're not great at jumping playing as a split receiver wouldn't work bc fade routes are thrown very frequently in most high school passing downs. with your size you could slip through defenses. but really, it all depends on your understanding of the game

Well, I think there are only about three positions that could work for you.
#1: Cornerback - You'd have to work on your speed and agility, however.. Seeing as, you're not very fast.
#2: Safety - Same as #1.
#3: Running Back - Could work.. If you're strong enough to run through tackles, but lack the speed.

Hit the weights hard and go for strong or free safety. Or if you can put on about 40 lbs. go out for linebacker.

line backer or defensive end, work on that speed and a lot of other positions open up for you, i.e. safety, cornerback, maybe tight end on the offensive side.
