I've enjoyed going to multiple stadiums in the past couple of years but a have to say nothing beats Baton Rouge

LSU is the best college football venue. For those who haven't been to a LSU game it's a two day experience. First the day before everyone at 4:30 Friday rushes to snag the best spot for tailgating and the party doesn't stop until Sunday. Even if you're the opponent's fans, you're more than welcome to stop by our tailgates and enjoy the atmosphere and food. Warning you may be picked on alittle but you'll be fed!

The fans are a dominant force in the stadium averaging over 95K but the amount of people tailgating is near 130 -150K. Furthermore when you compare that number to the size of Baton Rouge, well over 30% of the town is in a mile radius on Saturday on a weekly basis during football season. Now that isn't including the fact that all sports bars are filled to the doors the number increases and the number of fans listening to the radio or the TV.

Considering the friendly atmosphere, the massive amount of people, and the good times for all approach of the community even our rivals must agree there is no better venue for the game.

I've never been to those stadiums. But I can tell you Austin, Texas and Lincoln, Nebraska have some intense crowds. I recommend checking them out if you ever get the chance
