I could see Mike Martz getting considered. He lives in San Diego and he could coach up Rivers to the next level.

1. Bill Parcells (A talented team could be enough to lure him out of retirement.)
2. Bill Cowher (But I dont think he would want to go to the West Coast.)
3. Jim Mora Jr. (Would be like fantasy land after years spent with Vick.)
4. Dennis Green (Still a pretty darn good coach. Arizona can make anyone look BAD!)
5. Jim Fassel (Has proven himself before. And has also proved that being a Head Coach is all he wants.)

I don't know if they're looking at him or not, but if I were Bill Parcells, I'd be bending over backwards for this job. You wouldn't be with an owner like Jerry Jones.
The SD players are the exact opposite of guys like TO.
And they were one game away from a conference championship.
I think Parcells is the no-brainer on this one. If they get him, they win next year's Super Bowl.
Bill Cowher won't go. When you retire from an organization as solid and loyal as the Steelers, I think you mean it.
Other than Parcells, I think they should go after Pete Carroll or Chris Peterson from Boise State. (can you imagine that guy coaching all SD's talent?)

Mike Singletary I won't him in Dallas, I'm sure he'll get in San Diego after they let go of Cam Cameron Wade Phillips Now Marty Schottenheimer.
If you're Seriously going to win the Super Bowl you better have a Functioning Coaching Staff, and San Diego doesn't have it right now, Las Vegas Needs to Reconsider who they picked to win Super Bowl XXLII because the Chargers aren't Capable of that Right Now.
Pick the Patriots, Colts, Bengals, or Bears you'll be Fine, you pick the Chargers or Cowboys you got Problems.

Since USC will be hit with probation within the next few years, it might be a good time for Pete Carroll to get out of dodge.. Plus, it's not like the team he inherited at NY. This is a solid squad....

Bill Parcells without a doubt- He runs a 3-4 Defense and will emphasize a balanced running/passing attack with LT and Rivers.. They cannot go wrong with Parcells
