Lions. Do you really think that some college o linemen are going to be able to block 300 pound defensive lineman. Jon Kitna would throw all over their secondary. I'm not putting down the Trojans in any way because they were a great team, but their is a huge difference between the college and the NFL. All those saying that the Trojans would beat them are idiots. Even if you took all the guys that were on the 05-06 Trojans team now, and played the Lions they would still lose. A whole team full of 20-24 year olds, does not beat an NFL team, thats faster, stronger, and knows how to play the game better.

Haha. human beings continuously ask those type of questions. It does no longer also be close. The Lions might want to spoil USC. USC is a awesome college football crew and they are going to have about 15 gamers drafted into the NFL next 365 days, 5-10 of that are going to ultimately make a accessible in the NFL. The Detroit Lions are a nasty NFL crew, yet they have 40-50 adult adult males who make a on a daily basis impact.

The lions would win because a pro team is made up of all elite athletes. Every player on USC will not make to the NFL. Therefore the talent level of the professional team will expose flaws in the collegiate athletes. Although I still believe that USC had better skill players i.e. Bush, Leinart et al. The game is won in the trenches and the Lions D-line and O-line will overpower their competition.

It would be close, but the Lions would win.
Look at it this way -- how many 05-06 Trojan seniors made it to the NFL, and how many juniors will probably make it this year? What, a dozen? 20? Not any more than that.
How many NFL pros are on the Detroit Lions roster (as bad as they are)? All of them!
20 (tops) NFL caliber players against alot more seasoned NFL veterans? No contest.

The Lions would win easily. The players in the NFL are so much better than NCAA if you believe it or not. Yes Bush would be good but Leinart would struggle and Jarret would probably be stopped. I'm not going to give a large explanation due to that this will never happen.

Simple the Lions. If any college team in recent history could have beaten the worst NFL team in a given year...it would have been the Miami Hurricanes the year they beat the Cornhuskers in the National Championship. They had a consistent but not stellar QB, Portis at halfback, Shockey at TE, Andre Johnson was one of their wideouts...not sure who their other one was...but that was a completely solid team and looked every bit of it in their National Championship game...and than again on draft day. I'm pretty sure that team had more first round picks than any team in recent years.

The Lions are not that bad. Let's get it straight right now. There is no way a college team will ever beat an NFL team if they ever played. Maybe 1 in a 1000 games a lucky one will get through. For proof, I just beat my friend 31-21 in Madden with the Lions and he was the Patriots playing on All-Madden!! GO LIONS!!!!!!!!!! Super Bowl as soon as Millen leaves!
