I have an arctic cat dvx 250. The other day I was riding down a steep slope with loose gravel, and I lost control of the dvx because it was sliding, so I jumped off. Afterwards, the dvx flipped twice and the steering stem bent. I have been looking everywhere on the internet for the part, but found nothing. So, my question is: is there another ATV whose steering stem is compatible with the dvx's?

I want a quality brand bike with a minimum of, front suspension; front disc brake; rapid-fire gears; lightweight frame. Bonus points, rear disc, plenty of gears (for both steep hills+high-speed). If available, rear suspension that can be locked for road use. Price range: £100-£250.
Can anyone help me out with recommended brands and specific bikes that are great value for money and has great features? Thanks in advance

I am planning on buying a bike with full discbrakes. But i need to remove the front disc brakes to fit my hub electric motor. V brakes are the only brakes that can work with my hub motor. is it possibel to have a bike with v brakes in the front tire and disc brakes in rear tire? Thanks

I have a Shimano SRAM X-7 rear derailer, and it is not working properly. When I click it into 8 the gear is actually in 9. When I click to 9, nothing happens. Also when I am in lower gears, the gears keep popping when i try to accelerate. I think it is because the alignment is off on the derailer, but i am not sure. I was wondering how I might be able to adjust this so that it works properly.

Thanks

Running vs. Mountian Bike Riding?
I have been running for the past few years to stay in shape and for my excercise. I have recently discovered mountian biking and I love it. I love it so much that i find myself not running as much. But I have noticed that with mountain biking I am getting almost a full body workout. However, doesn't running and mountain biking get the same out of each. Excercise?

I would like to buy some new tires for my bike. I am looking at some tires that are 26x 1.95 but I currently have 26x 2.1. Do I need to buy new rims for the new tires, or can i just use the new tires with no problem?

Thanks

I bent the hell out of my rear derailleur. A friend bent it back and it worked well for awhile, but it's acting up.

I ride a lot and my bike is pretty nice. I don't want to overpay for something I don't need, don't want to underpay and get junk.

My Rear Derailleur broke on my 18 speed bicycle. It is a Pacific Havoc mountain bike with dual suspension. I just don't know if most of the derailleurs are interchangable or not.

i like loading my bike up with decals of all the parts i have installed. i looked on ebay and it would cost about $40 to get all the decals i want. can i print my own? i have a brand new Epson inkjet printer at home and a laser printer at work. will they work? i imagine i'll need special paper. i just want to know if its possible to make good color and water resistant decals that i can peel and stick on, or even rub on. they just cant wipe off when they get wet, they have to be tough.

not sure where to post this....

I want a mountain bike to ride around the neighborhood and maybe around the trail at the park. I'm thinking of buying a $50 dollar bike at walmart but I'm worried because it is so cheap. I'm not doing anything extreme with it so I figure it will be ok. advise?

I want to get a bike for someone, but I don't know what kind to get, how to take care of it, and when should I get it. If you can just give me advice on what kinds of bikes are good to get and other stuff that can help me pick a bike and take care of it. The person I am getting it for is about 13, so.
