I teach people of all ages to ride bikes. Some people want to learn to ride silly hills and some people just want to learn to ride.

Go get a bike. Go to the top of a hill (preferably on grass) and gently get a bit of speed and practice moving forward. You'll find the balance will come very quickly and soon you'll be off!

You'll never bus it again...

Have a blast. The easiest way to learn is to have someone run beside you holding the seat, so find a good person :-)

You are NEVER too old to learn. Cycling is one of the most exciting and entertaining pasttimes...not to mention its great for you.

If you have the opportunity to learn, TAKE IT!!! You will not regret it!!!

Give it a try, it's really fun. Try finding some shop that have information on riding clinics for women.
