Same as cleaning water bottles, fill bladder half full of water and add a cap full of unscented bleach. Let is sit over night. Then rinse it out the next day. This will kill any bacteria inside.
Will be good as new.

Vinegar / bleach works, and if there's a leftover taste no matter how much you rinse, put some lemon juice in the first time you fill with water. Just a few drops will do it.

One tip: don't put energy drinks / mixes in your camelback. Just use plain water. Put the go-go juice in your water bottles, easier to clean.

I own a hydrapak, it can be turned inside out and cleaned, camelbacks suck even if you can get them clean they just mold up again because they are so difficult to dry, they have monopoly at the bike stores, bought mine on line and will never go back to camelback and their inferior bladder.
