I want to ride my bike to school, its about 7.60 miles- I dont want to speed or hurry because i dont want to get all sweaty for class haha- so if i was biking at an average speed for a person who is short (5'1)- how long do you think it would take?

you did not say what kind of bike or terrain
on MTB, my avg speed is 9 mph off road, 13 on road
on road bike, my avg speed is 17 mph
pretty easy to figure out

7.60 miles going moderate...I understand you do not want to sweat because that would be the first thing I would try and ake sure doesnt happen if I were to bike to school hehe, but that's 22 miles away so no way. Moderatly expect to leave perhaps an hour to have some time before school starts and chill off a bit. If you leave and have to be there a.s.a.p perhaos 35 min just to be on the safe side.

Probably about 30-35 min unless it's mostly uphill, then a bit longer. Why don't you just do a ride to school on the weekend just to time it out for yourself. Remember to leave yourself a little extra time in case you get a flat tire, and carry a patch kit and spare tubes.

about 30-35 min if your average speed is about 14-15 mph
