I really give props to LeBron, who really brought his team to the Finals from a 17-65 record!! and i bet u Kobe wouldn't have had a chance against Detroit if they played in the Finals!

Lets say the G.M for the Spurs recieves a call from Kobe Bryant that he wants to join the SPURS . The G.M says yes on Kobe Bryant's request, and Poppavich disagrees and says no to Kobe's request. But the G.M insist that he will make everything possible to sign Kobe in a TRADE regardless of what Greg Poppavich thinks....

So now poppavich is forced with the decision to make a team around Kobe in a trade deal with the lakers.

As i asked earlier. How would you make this possible? Who would you let go? Who would you keep? Remember you are forced to keep bryant and trade someone and still be a CONTENDER in the LEAGUE!!

Possible Trades?

I mean Mark Cuban can be an idiot sometimes, but it seems like people taunt him for saying what's on his mind. He seems to be a generous down to earth guy who loves the game of basketball and just so happens to make alot of money. What do y'all think?

Why are rebounds important? And if a player scored for example 3.5 points per game and 15 rebounds per game that good enough for a team?

The way San Antonio loves our Spurs.

We had our Spurs celebration tonight. It started with a parade on the Riverwalk and ended with a full house at the Alamodome.

We love those guys a lot!

Go Spurs Go!

family will be driving to Buffalo and Boston this July. I am a HUGE basketball fan as is my son and we are contemplating a visit to the basketball hall of fame. So I am wondering if anyone has visited and what you thought of it. What is their to do? How do the exhibits compare in terms of scope, interactivity, expertise, diversity of exhibits to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Toronto (thought hockey was ok, loved baseball and rock however baseball is my fav sport or passion for that matter). Will a devoted, religious hoops fan feel as if he has achieved nirvana or would he simply feel unimpressed?

SportsNation asked the whole country, "With 4 titles in 9 years, do you consider the San Antonio Spurs a dynasty?"
Of 219,924 people who answered, 62% said yes; 38% said no. 49 states voted with the majority; only Arizona voted no.
A quote from Sportsnation: "Bitter Suns fans are the only ones disagreeing with San Antonio's dynasty status."
'Nuff said.
