Maybe if they're athletic AND 6'8+. Otherwise, I don't see how it can be done. But sure, if you're 7 feet, it's really not too much jumping you'll have to do in order to dunk.

if they are tall i dont see why not, maybe as the guy said 6'8 +. Late 50s is a bit old, but in my neighbouhood they are guys in their 40s who are as athletic as ever they can run the court with the young guys and also touch the board layup( quite a feat considering their age and also they are not very tall bout 5'7-5'8.
