Yes he was fouled and should have gotten the call.

Yes, Bowen was attempting to foul him before James could shoot. I don't know the rule is if a team is over the limit and commits a foul on a player who is behind the 3 point line but not in the act of shooting. I believe it's only a two shot foul but I'm not sure.

Even if James was fouled you can't blame the loss of a game on one play. The Cavs had plenty of opportunities in that game to capitalize and take the lead, but they couldn't get the job done. Maybe if they would have played better overall they could have one the game.

Besides, James was 0-4 from 3 point range before he missed that last 3. No ref is gonna reward that by giving him a foul call that was committed BEFORE he took the shot and thus didn't affect the shot in any manner.

it was a foul he clearly tried fouling lebron before he could shoot the ball but he was able to get it off although it did look like a foul it wasnt called because (not to be a spurs hater) but bruce bowen gets away with alot of contact and well amare stoudamire said it best the spurs are kinda a dirty team but defense wins championships as you saw in game 4.
also there was no way the refs were gonna make that call with the game on the line.

From a casual viewpoint it certainly looked that way, and the Spurs even admitted they were trying to foul. But I fail to see how it affected his shot. Lebron did not look affected one bit by the minimal contact. If it were called, who's to say Lebron would have made all three free throws? He isn't exactly the most clutch player, especially from the line.

you need to be a little more specific, i'm guessing when bruce bowen grabbed his jersey on the last seconds of the game on the three point line. I think it was game 3, wasn't it? for the record, I'm a spurs fan. I think he was fouled but it wouldn't have mattered. there is no way James would have all three shots there was just too much pressure on him to make the shots if he would have gone to the line. sorry.

Well even if he was it wouldn't of mattered, he would've only gotten 2 shots which if he made both the Cavs would still be down 1, then after the foul shots it would be Spurs ball. So it really wouldn't of mattered anyways....

Yes, but it wasn't near eenough to make him alter his shot. So the fact is, that LeBRICK James is the most overrated ba$tard in the NBA, he can't dribble, can't shoot the outside shot, no lowpost move, and no D!!!!! All he can do is drive the lane, he is GARBAGE!!

i honestly can't say, but which game...they lost ALL of them...these two must be Cleveland fans...nothing against any Cavs fan of course, but you have to realize who is the better team, and who can show who is the better team...

he was and it wouldve only been 2 shots. spurs were still better but they played dirty all through the playoffs. bruce bowen needs to quit trying to hurt players.
