As a Tiger fan, I would love to hear what you white sox fans think.Last year was the real fluke, I know they are better than what they did in 2007. I personally like the fact you dont have Judy (er, john) Garland anymore...he was a thorn in our side. And The Tigers might actually win a few games from you in '08.
Do you see the white sox, indians, and Tigers are in the mix?

What do you feel are ballparks that taint stats?

I would go with Fenway Park, due to the 40 foot wall. For Example, Mike Lowell bats .373 at home, yet bats only .276 away. Out of his 15 doubles at home, 14 of them came via the help of that wall. As well as the very short wall in right field, which helps a lot in getting ground rule doubles.

Some people say Coors Field taints stats too because of the humidifier, but I'm not big on science so I don't know the details on how it effects the ball.

What park/s do you think taints stats?

the world series title and let everyone play for second place.I heard that from an anti yankee fan and I do find some logic to it.
I actually believe they are the epitome of american baseball and should be referred to as America's team. They are the best sport example of America's ideology of capitalism and that everyone can succeed in America.Remember the yankees were a terrible team when they started and didn't even have their own stadium. They are the best sports example of an American success story.

For example A-Rod who signed this new deal with the Yankees & then signed this marketing contract.

Personally I don't think he's worth almost $30 million a year.

I think it makes sense. He wants to stay in ATL, he had a bad year and any numbers he puts up next year will most likely be better and thus give him an increased contract in the free agent market next year. It seems like a win-win situation all around.

Why do you guys like baseball? I Like it because, well, its a sport I can understand, and Its just sooo exciting. Its my passion, and I have soo much respect for its history and everything. Its my favorite thing next to family and friends. I think that baseball is more clear to understand then football cause there is no running around everywhere and you can see everything that is going on, But hey, my oppinion!! What about yours?

Let's have some fun with this one. Tell me something unusual you remember seeing at the ballpark. Could be an unusual play in the field, but it could also be something you saw in the stands or anywhere, even at the beer stand. I'm talking about the unusual, bizarre, different, something that was memorable.

One thing I remember happened many years ago, when I was a kid and I went to a Cardinals game in St. Louis with my Dad and brother. A couple rows ahead of us, a big guy was sitting with his two small sons, one on each side of him. Early in the game, he caught a foul ball (bare-handed) and casually handed it to his son on his left. Didn't make a big deal out of it, acted like it was routine. I swear, scout's honor, later in the game, the guy did the same thing and handed the second foul ball to his other son and went back to drinking his beer. Many years later, my Dad would mention that incident.

What do you fans remember?

I can't believe it. It's his body-- and if he wants to risk ruining it to make millions more dollars, I say that's his option. What do ya'll think? I know, people are not supposed to lie in court, but when you consider the "crime" that he lied about, it doesn't seem like it justifies putting him in prision to me, even if he is convicted.
