It is B.S. everyday Yankees this Red Sox that I mean what is the point if it always about those two teams, they need to pay attention to other teams a little bit more, Red Sox and Yankees probably have the weakest race for the playoffs and the still say Yankess swept the Red Sox but, Boston still has a seven game lead.

Break it down to division series and then league championship series, then lastly world series.

I have NL west being the Dodgers "BEING BIASED" NL Central being the Cubs, NL East Being the METS. Wild Card will be the Padres.

AL West will be the Angels "I hate them" AL Central i said before the seaon will be the Indians No one believed me and the AL East will be the Bo Sox. Lastly Wild Card will be the Mariners or the Yankees........... Unfortunately the Yankess.

NL Divisional Series will be the Dodgers and Cubs, Mets and Padres, Mets will be the Padres in five games it will be a better series than what people will think and Dodgers will be the Cubs in four games at Wrigley.

AL Central will be the Angels and Red Sox, Yankees and INdians. Red Sox will be sweeped by the Angels yeah I know. And the Yankees will win against the Indians in five games.

Ok NLCS will be east versus west Dodgers in six, and the other will be Yankees in five. Dodgers sweep yankees Ok people let me hear it.

As we all know there has been/is roids in baseball. And I have read numorous comments on there being an asterisks by Bonds name. The fact is we all know he is dirty. We can not prove it and MLB can not prove it so there can not be an asterisks. Also when this 'roid thing comes up folks start pulling out the old amphetamines BS. Yes players used amphetamines, but who? Oh and the fact that records were set before the black players were in the league also doesn't hold water. You can't just start tossing up asterisks on everything because it isn't PC. I say leave the asterisks out and off! Baseball has reached a point now where they do test and players will be busted and they will not get a chance to break records set by legit guys. So do you think in time this will all go away and the guys who want the asterisks (usually they don't know baseball) will stop demanding an asterisks? Shoot next they will want to revist the height of the pitchers mound!

that owners in baseball have money they REFUSE to spend on free agents and players in their organization that will become free agents?

Does anybody realize that Kansas City once had an outfield featuring Johnny Damon, Carlos Beltran and Jermaine Dye at the same time. Now I'm not saying they should've kept all 3 or even any if that was their idea. But they should've gotten some TOP prospects in return for all of them and including the revenue sharing they should be competing RIGHT NOW. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS THINK THEY ARE THE ONLY FRANCHISE TO HAVE PULLED THIS.

Here's my reason::
I can agree with the notion that the Yankees were once a classy club. That all came to a stop in the Steinbrenner era. Now many of the other fans feel like their team is playing against a stacked deck. When the Yankees win, the win was bought and not earned. When they lose, it goes to prove that money can't buy everything. That's why rooting against the Yankees is so much fun. That's why they are going down again this year. I have more respect for the teams like the Red Sox, Angels, Cardinals, White Sox, Marlins, etc because they win the WS with pure talent, desire, and hard work. Not their wallet. Are us Yankee haters just jealous?? No. We can pick whatever team we want to root for. And I'll root for the Devil Rays before I root for the Yankees (they just took 2 of 3 right?).
Can I get an AMEN!
So, what's your reason??

In the American League, can a pitcher not pitching in the game be a DH?

Example:

If Clemens is pitching, can Pettitte be the DH that day instead of Giambi?

The reason I ask is because I want to figure out a way to be a pitcher and batter in the American League.

He's laughing all the way to the bank . . .

What kind of fools pay this guy millions of dollars year after year, giving him the benefit of the doubt because he was a star in the 2006 World Series? (Which was quite possibly the worst WS ever.)

What is the secret of Jeff Weaver's appeal? His stats are horrendous, year after year.

They've been showing it on sport center. Travis Hafner hit a bomb into the right field upper deck. The Twins fan that caught it ran down the steps to his stuff while putting the game ball into his pocket. Then he grabs some other ball, not the one that Hafner hit and throws it back onto the field, Wrigley Field style.

Of course the crowd applauded, thinking this joker was a hard core fan. BUT HE FAKED IT!!!! AND NOW HE'S GETTING CALLED OUT ON SPORTSCENTER!!!!!

Dude, if you want the accolades of a hero, do something heroic.

Go Tribe!!!!
