OR, you can actually figure it out. Yankees are 34-19 since the All Star Break. Red Sox are 31-21 since the All Star Break. (Yankees are 2.5 games better in that time period)

Since the All-Star break, the Red Sox are 31-21, and the Yankees are 34-19.
MLB.com is a good place to go if you want to see a team's record from a certain date. You can see the standings from any day from the season, then simply subtract the wins and losses from the team's current record to calculate their record since that date.

The sox have been up 7~10 games on the Yankees nearly the entire season, so just looking at that fact its about the same...the Yankes did bring it down to 4.5 I think but now its back to 7.0 games. So just by looking at that you can deduct nothing much has changed.
