It's a given the players will be suspended for fighting, but the umpire should absolutely be suspended for allowing the fight to occur. I've never seen a player almost beaned, that wasn't escorted to first by the home plate umpire. At the very least, he should have known very heated words would be exchanged (even by a class act like Derek Lee).

This is my three. 1) Dwight Gooden 2) Darryl Strawberry 3) Steve Howe. All threee had potential be all time greats & they blew it b/c they felt that taking drugs was much more important. Very sad.

In baseball, if you argue with an umpire and you accuse that ump of cheating (i.e. accusing him of making an unjust call solely for the benefit of the other side-- for example, suppose that the other side was the Yankees), is it correct that you can be tossed for it? In other words, if you accuse him of unjustly calling you out so the Yankees could win or unjustly calling a Yankee safe just to keep the inning alive for them to possibly rally from a deficit/extend a lead, can you be tossed for that?

It was said he was in the club house getting dressed. LOL yeah right! but was that not the funniest thing seeing the whole team trying to cover derrickn lee then when zambrano runs out ,the WHOLE team is trying to keep zambrano from throwing ANY punches. So how many loyal, die hard Yankee fans know that the Yankees will make some more history and win the division this year. Come-on, two weeks ago everyone was talkin how the yankees were fallin apart. I bought gameday tickets(Jun. 17 vs MEtS) on internet site yesterday. as you know.
There is no time to delivery ticket. So I called that company.
I asked that how can i get the tickets.
They said just go BALLPARK until game get started and show the my ID.
And they said they will send a e-mail to me about BALLPARK information.
So I had belived them. But now I checked my mailbox.
I have never got a e-mail from them. I can't belive this. So I don't know where is BALLPARK.
If there is a someone who know about BALLPARK or
have a experience that bought ticket on internet.
Please tell me. Please.
Now I'm in the big trouble.

The Los Angeles Angels of Anahiem have taken another season series from the Dodgers.
And to anyone saying that the angels are not are real L.A. team they are the only original team here from L.A.. Dodgers started in brooklyn.
Lakers from Minnesota
Clippers from San Diego
Angels started in L.A.
