i work with a guy who says that he was drafted by the yankees and played there after they got derek jeter but cant find any info on him on the yankess site. is there a better place to search to look for people that were drafted into the league.

www.baseball-reference.com is the greatest website for finding every baseball player in the league at any point in time, no matter how long/short their careers were. they're also pretty good about updating daily.
