is there any special way to write an ejection on a scorecard?

put EJ in the inning he was ejected in for coach put it in NOTES

Nothing special. There's an area for your use to put anything you want to remember, like... what inning, situation, etc. But since that is not a part of the official box-score you can put it anywhere.
I always carry an extra sheet of paper in case I want to record every minute detail. Basically a short form like... "Joe EJ 4th for arguing called 3-K." That reminds me that Joe was given an early shower in the 4th-inning for arguing a called 3rd strike.
Put it in your own words. It's easier to remember.

I usually put EJ and the inning next to the players name. Don't know if there's a specific "rule" though

guess you could draw line through the player's name
do not know a shorthand for this reason
