Yes, I see the Sox chocking in Late Augest/Early September. The Yankees will win the East by 3 or 4 games.

Why do people in the north-east act as if the yanks and the sox are the best thing since sliced bread? They act as if the world revolves around these two teams.The yanks have a great history but history has not been so great to the sox.Big deal they have shined for a few years.It's a faze that will end and they will perril into another 80 years of misery.As far as the yanks go,they are 8.5 games out of first.BASICALLY THEY SUCK.As far as the sox go,Well they have to contend with the central and western divisions.You sox and yankee fans write off the rest of te league as if baseball revolves around these two teams.Cleveland and LA might just disapoint a lot of you noth eastern people then you will be here at the end f the season rather than home watching the game.

I think the New Yankees will not catch the Boston Red Sox unless they make a big move. One reason is because the Yankees bull-pen has blown leads. The second reason is because of the age of the team. The final reason why is because veterans of the team will get injured and new blood will slump.

No. I don't think that they have the depth that the Red Sox have. In addition, the Yankees are getting old real fast and aren't holding up very well.

Fingers crossed, lucky shirt ready to wear...yes, I will say Yes they will. They are finding their bats again. Four players over 300 (as of Friday anyways). I love them even when they are down because they are the definition of great baseball.

Yanks have proven many times when people think they are done they prove everyone wrong & come right back. Won't be suprised if that will be the case again.

IDK. I really want them 2 win the division, so that we can rub it in the faces of Loser Nation (formerly known as Red Sox Nation). Also, we can still take the WC, and then beat their sorry asses in the playoffs. Either of those would be great.
