I'm betting that they could. I called up the ticket office and I said, "What time does the game start?" and she said, "What time can you get here?". I asked her if I could get a good seat and she said, "Can you pitch?"

My teammates and I got into a pretty heated argument at the bar after out game this afternoon. There were three arguments, it would be infinity, zero, or a dash due to the fact that u cannont divide by zero in the ERA equation. Any help would be greatly appriciated to help settle this argument.

I want to buy tickets for the Fan fest in SF this year, but I don't know how many of my friends want to go yet. I went to the website and they have tickets seperated by what time you want to arrive (9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, etc). Are the tickets for each time slot limited? Do they eventually sell out or are there unlimited tickets for each time slot?

They're the only team in the entire major leagues to have a winning record against the yankees.

They got swept this weekend at home by the angels.

How do the angels dominate the yankees and get the job done against them??

They even beat them in the 02 and 05 playoffs!

I mean, even if its bad strategically, who would want to get known as the player who gave up the one that passed Hank. Wouldn't it be better if he never even got the opportunity to tie him? Just walk him every time, until he retires from baseball, avoiding the fiasco about whether it was a legit career or not. What do you guys think about this?

I mean, what kind of sport is that? A sport that encourages people to be fat? What do you find in baseball? Are you serious? While the world worships SOCCER, some people are fooling themselves around baseball! Just like golf, it has nothing that is linked to sport! It's boring, it's stupid, man, it's just crap! They should not show that thing on TV! Baseball is just, GROSS!

Do you think in a few years all the press coverage could go to Carlos Gomes and not Reyes. 6'4" tall with more speed and power than Reyes. If you have ever seen him play a game you will know why I am asking this question.

greatest baseball player of all time, yes he was amazing and changed the face of baseball, and was a good pitcher to but if you put him into todays game he wouldnt stand a chance, fielders are faster stronger arms bigger gloves, stadiums are bigger, and ruth has alot of weight to him so its not like he would be out a groundball. pitchers are stronger more developed and better athletes then back in the 30s. stats dont mean everything because if ruth played today he would maybe get 20hrs a season if that.

as a hitter who are the top 2

Jose Reyes
David Wright
Miguel Cabrera
Grady Sizemore
Delmon Young
Elijah Dukes
Carl Crawford
Ian Kinsler
BJ Upton
Prince Fielder
Jeff Francoeus
Matt Holliday
Kelly Johnson

(I would say sizemore and cabrera)

Now Pitching pick 2

Cole Hamels
Scott Kazmir
Justin Verlander
Jeremy Bonderman
Francisco Liriano
Scott Olsen
Chuck James
Francisco Carmona
Felix Hernandez
Ervin Santana
Jared Weaver

(tough one but i would pick felix because hes only like 21, and proably cole hamels. but there all good so you cant go wrong with any of them)
