Yes. I got discount tickets for $10.00, and it was barely worth it at that price. The all-you-can-eat items are hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, peanuts, and soft drinks. That's it. No ice cream, no candy, no pretzels, no beer, no pizza....
They ran out of just about everything when I was there. There was not much of a line but I still had to wait while they 'cooked' the hot dogs. Popcorn comes in little tiny bags, and each person is only allowed four items per trip: two dogs, a coke, and a bag of peanuts and you're done. You have to go away and come back. Bathroom lines were no worse than anywhere else in the stadium, which is to say they were long.

yes, don't wear a cubs jersey, eat 7 hot dogs, pee before you come so you can get more eating time in, and bring a blond. Oh and about 10 mins per line
