I am a Sophomore in High School..I am only 5"8 (Not close to being done with puberty lol) abou 111 pounds, have a late birthday (In July), my fastball shouldnt be considered a fastball (Only about 70 MPH) I do tho have a nasty nasty slider, curve, and change-up...do I have a shot? I do need more velocity on my fastball soo what r some things that I can do to get the speed up? What are some exercises to focus on my arm? Also in order to throw my slider effectively i have to change my motion to a semi-side arm throw..Is that not good that I have to change my motion?
