I have heard that the Angels are looking for a big bat to protect Vlad Guerrero like- A-Rod, Alfonso Soriano, Carlos Lee or Miguel Tejada,,,Which one would you prefer?

If it's just me, I'd say ARod...however, if I'm the Angels, I have to trade for ARod AND pay his big $$ (same for Tejada), so I'm looking free agency. If I'm truly looking for a bat to protect Vlad, I'm not going after Soriano, as he's best as a leadoff hitter. That leaves Carlos Lee. He is not exactly a Gold Glove OF, so unless you're gonna swap him and Garrett Anderson between DH and LF to keep them healthy and fielding well (or convince one of them to play 1B instead of Quinlan), you might want someone else altogether...what about Aramis Ramirez? He's a solid, power hitting 3B, is another Hispanic player who would be a good fit in the Angels clubhouse, and the Angels could plug him right in and shift Izturis to another position. And he just declared free agency tonight...

Actually, I hope that A-rod and Alfonso Soriano go to my Giants. We need a good third basemean and Soriano would be a good power hitter probably. But, I doubt the Giants will be willing to pay the kind of money Soriano will be asking for so the Angels might get him after all.
GO GIANTS!

I'm not an Angels fan but I do like them cos I like Mike Scosia's National League-style coaching and their 2002 team was awesome.
Anything that keeps A-Rod in the AL is good with me. But more likely for the Angels...Soriano I think.
