Repeating what? They lost the world series Dummy. The Cardinals will not repeat either, they got lucky this year.

Vertical.. you're a moron.. The didn't have to win the division title.. it means NOTHING!! They won the AL East & ALCS..
The cardinals were a fluke, they didn't out play the Tigers.. they capitalized on rookie mistakes (literal rookie mistakes).. If zumaya, rodney, verlander didn't have any errors.. The Tigers would've won the series 4-2.. guaranteed. They have a great chance of making it back next year, only this time with experience and determination not to make those simple idiotic mistakes. The can repeat their great season. They do need more power hitting in the outfield & Casey may get bumped to DH full time for a more mobile 1st baseman. They may deal Bonderman, who'll be commanding more money and every team wants a young experienced pitcher to fill those voids.. I love the guy, and hope he stays, but if it betters the team and he can earn more money.. great. They'll be back in contention again.. it won't be a cake walk like it was this year though.

They will make the playoffs- possibly the World Series. Their team was inexperienced this year- a lot of player whom have never been to the World Series. Next year they will have the experience and probably will not have so many game losing errors.

the odds are the same for every time come spring training.
all teams (with the expection of the ny muts) have a good chance of winning the world series.

we all know the ny muts tried to buy a championship
and it didnt work. and it will never work.
my bet is the ny muts ends up in last place next year,
where they deserve to be.

It sure would be nice but I don't know......they were so lucky alot of the time. They got hot when they needed to be except for at the end when they needed it most.

I'd say they've got a great shot. It is just so difficult to repeat in baseball. They've got great parts though. If they could add a power bat somewhere, they would be in great shape.
