Somehow it is hard to imagine. He breaks down too often anymore. What's your take?

Pedro will be lucky to win 250 games before he is forced to retire. He's not the most durable pitcher I've ever seen. To be honest I would be pulling for him if he wasn't such an @$$. The fact is I could care less what happens to him. Personally I want Tom Glavine to win 300. He is at 290 right now and should win at least 10 games next season.

No chance at all, and this is a Met fan saying it! Pedro is a first ballot hall of famer, but he will fail to get to that mark. It wouldn't shock me if the Mets were to win it all next year and Pedro is able to pitch in the post-season that he would retire. The thing about Pedro is that even when he retires, don't expect him to be gone long. He is a master of the art of pitching, morphing from a fireballer to a control pitcher, a transition that is highly unusual. He will no doubt be a pitching coach, and perhaps one day a manager.

I wish he would get it too, but it is highly doubtful. He has 206 wins, and even if he avg 15 wins a year, it would take him over 6 years. He may not even reach 240-250. He breaks down, and has lost his fastball. He gets by now because he know what pitching is about. He may have one or two years max left.

I think he still may make the Hall of Fame, though.

Don't think so. Like you said, he breaks down a lot anymore. He may only have 3 or 4 years at best. At 206 right now he might reach the 250 marker but that's about it.

I regretfully say no since he has 206 right now. He would need 7 more 15 win seasons to accomplish that. He was talking a little bit about retirement with the Sox and personally I don't think his body will let him.

I doubt it as he has been breaking down a lot lately and seems to have lost the zip on his fastball. He may win another 50 games tops unless he suddenly regains his fastball and is healthy. Regardless of this, he is a certain Hall Of Famer!

It will never happen. Too prone to injury setbacks. He is already out until after the All-Star break next year, and has said that after his contract expires at the end of 08 he is calling it quits.

I'd love to see Pedro accomplish that, I think he will be healthy next season, hopefully right?
