After college, find a good law school that has a Sports Law program - there are a few of them out there. During your summers, look for internships with existing agents or law firms that represent players or sports teams. (This can also be done while you're in college.) After graduation, focus your job search on the same sorts of firms.

First, get rid of any ethical code you currently have, agents can't afford to have morals and ethics.
Next, learn to act. The biggest part of being an agent is selling and selling is acting. You have to sell yourself to the client, and sell the client to everyone. Being able to convincingly lie is a great skill.
Become a lawyer and specialize in sports and coroporate law.
Get a bank roll, and start giving money illegaly to high school and college kids to start funneling them towards your agency.
