What do you think is the nicest park in Baseball? Not counting the history of the parks. Its not yankee stadium, i been there and its just a basic ball-park with a ton of history.

My son plays in a baseball association, and last night, he was playing 2nd base, and the runner basically karate-kicked him in the biceps with metal cleats. My son had to go to the ER and get 8 stitches. The head coach for our team wasn't there, but the head assistant coach is requesting disiplinary action be made against the other player, who was ejected and automaticly suspended for one game. He is asking me what sort of action to request from league, but what sort of action would be appropriate? The player has been involved in many near-ejection situations before, 1 in the 1st inning, and i dont know if i should ask for disbarrment, a season suspension, or just in the next game we play against them, because the rest of the team was anxious for the player to come up to bat again so they could hit him but I don't want anything to get out of hand here... The umpires agreed in their report that it was definately intentional and malicious... suggestions?

Btw, they're 14 years old.

As a manager of a resturant, is it proper to ask a prospective employee during an interview if they are a Yankee Fan? If one slips in by mistake, is it okay to discharge them? In my state, you do not need to have a reason to fire someone.

The best part about this was Derek Jeter's response. I guess Ortiz has no brain up there just fat. How can you be valuable when your team is 12 games out of the playoffs?

What do you guys and gals think?

. . . do you read everyone else's answers to that question first?
I'm 50/50 on that. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't.
If it's a technical or rules-based question, I read to see if the right answer's there already.
If it is, I go on to another Q. What do you do?

If you ever booed A-Rod, Why did you do it?
I realize everyone has different reasons for booing him.
I never did, but I'd like to know why you did or still do.
Does everyone except me still hate my sweet A-Rod now that
he's back to his old superstar self?
: )

Usually when there is a man on third and less than two outs you can get an RBI by hitting a sacrafice fly ball into the outfield. But what happens if the OF drops the ball. Does the OF get an error and you lose the RBI because of his mistake? The CF could drop the ball on the warning track, easily deep enough to score the runner and you could lose batting average points and an RBI?

with the 21st ranked payroll in baseball manage to never whine constantly about the Yankees payroll, and also not always suck so bad like other teams that don't have the highest payroll.

Well, actually I just mean one other team that doesn't have the absolute highest payroll.

They take it out of a bottle of cheap Zinfendel at the end of every season.

Well actually some of them just drown themselves in PBR. What with the Red Sox payroll being so small and all, their under payed goodhearted boys can't afford even cheap wine to kill the sting . . .

How does a pitcher earn a save. I believe he has to face the potential winning run at bat, friend say potential winning run has to be on deck (Example: two out in the ninth. Vistors up 2-0. Bring in reliever. He gets first guy out. Does he get a save?)
