If you are a true baseball fan, you'll still want to watch the playoffs and World Series. I myself am a Mets fan, but I'll keep up with things to the last game of the WS whether they reach that far or not. (As long as the Yankees don't win it instead!!) I have continued to watch post-season for many years, Mets in it or not. If you can't stand seeing any other team win besides the Red Sox (and I root for them every time they face the Yankees), then you always have football, hockey or basketball and wait 'til next year.

How about getting involved with something that will do you some good, instead of some sports team that doesn't even know your alive?
Put as much effort and time into your families or Government and we would all be better off in this Country.

You should be happy that you have a life to go back to after your team is out of it. You could be a Yankee fan who has no life other than rooting for their team!!!!!!!!!1
