I was looking around this all day, and I came to a conclusion. The only people that are really happy about JR going to Hendrick are Gordon fans and people that have been watching Nascar for less than 6 years. Does that Surprise anyone else?

I know there has been a lot of questions on this matter, but I want the Jr. fan oppinions.

I WAS NOT a Hendrick fan ever. I really disliked Gordon and Johnson, but now with Dale there I see many good things. I am one of the BIGGEST Jr. fans around, (I named my son after him). I am glad he went to Hendrick, I think it was a VERY smart move and I think he will have lots of succes. I see jr a championship contender in the next couple of years. I am proud of Jr., and Now I am a Gordon and Johnson fan. With these three, it will be AWESOME!!!

What do you Jr. fans think??

So who else thinks its a good thing that JR is coming over? There are so many JR fans that HATE Hendricks and anyone associated with them, I wish I could have been with each and every one of them when the announcement was made.

Having said that, I have always liked Jr. He was one of the few "New Guns" that showed the older drivers respect and drove like he had sense.

I can't believe that Hendrick signed Jr. It doesnt mean he will win.. he may win a few races but JEFFY and Jimmie are the main drivers and will always be, and they will have the best equipment and the best cars out there in Hendrick and they are already the best drivers.. BUT Hendrick motorsports has the best team and as much as I dont care for Jr, I guess I can learn to like him... i think he has a cool personality, but the only thing that pisses my off about him, is him downing Jeffy in the past...

The fan base part is to me is: THE PEOPLE THAT DOESNT LIKE HIM FOR GOING TO HENDRICKS, WASNT A TRUE FAN ANYWAYS.... BY-GOD....

I am a Jeff Gordon fan and I am not at all happy with this decision. However, Jr should be happy Hendrick would take him. Maybe now he might win a race or lead a lap at the very least. His fans throw beer cans at Jeff but I can guarantee Jeff had some say in this decision. Can we all say Thank You Jeff?

I've have followed Jr since he first started in Busch racing, But I watched his dad first. I know what i thought of Jeff Gordon then and it basically stills hold true today. Also Jimmie Johnson being Gordon Team mate I have the same feelings towards him as I do Gordon. I know i'm a huge JR fan but I really don't know if I can Cheer for a Hendrick Team.
