I just read the article on Yahoo news about how much stress JR has been under while deciding where to go. Its like the article said, he and Hendrick have known one another for many years and both have something in common besides racing......they both lost a loved one. So I do hope that JR will be happy that he has made his choice and I for one think the three Js might just make history in NASCAR, JR, Jeff & Jimmie!!!!!

I am very excited! I'm not naive enough to think that now that he's with HMS he's instantly going to start winning and get that championship, jr has alot of learning to do. All he's ever known is DEI and Eury as crew chief, this is going to be all new and take him some time to get used to the new set ups. But I'm looking towards the future and what the possibilites will hold.
Don't get me wrong if he miraculously gets the Championship, I'll be blown away, but I don't think I'm willing to hold my breath on that one! LOL

I think that the addition of Dale to HMS is a great plus for HMS. It will be good for the sport and the fans. I just hope that it does not become so dominate that no one else has a chance.

I am a Jr fan, and he made the best decision, both for his happiness and his career. And I support him 100%.

i'm really glad he is going to hendrick because it will put all his idiot fans ( and thats a lot of em ) in a bad mood. remember jr. fan avoid the rush, get your rainbow stickers early!!

I think it is a really good decision for him, he will get to be his own man, instead of in his dad's shoes, and getting away from his stepmother will probably be good for him, he will probably have more say in his racing.
