with jr going to hendrick, who goes with him and who stays. If he leaves dei, does the team go with or stay with dei?

I think some of the guys will move over. But taking the whole crew would be counter productive. The personnel at Hendrick Motorsport are part of the reason for Dale, Jr. going there.

His crew is under contract with DEI...he'll probably get kyle busch's old crew if that's the car he ends up getting. Just because the driver leaves the crew can't always follow. The new team may not want them or the old team may not let them go.

Not decided yet. According to Jr's answer, the crew has to be negotiated with DEI also.
